The kitchen is fully equipped, except for a microwave. A stove and oven are, of course, available. House rules: - No parties, celebrations, or group events of any kind. - Quiet hours begin at 10:00 p.m. – please be considerate of the neighbors. - Maximum occupancy according to the number of guests booked – unregistered guests are not allowed. - The apartment is intended exclusively for peaceful relaxation. - Pets only upon prior arrangement. - In case of violations of the house rules, the host reserves the right to end your stay early.
